It gives me great pleasure to provide a recommendation for Eco Floor Sanding as a company that met our expectations on delivering a world class finish. We had red oak floors on which a natural low color finish was applied. Firstly, we had a highly professional quotation that listened carefully to what we hoped to achieve, followed by an in depth breakdown of the steps and products required. “The team at Eco Floor Sanding - from start to finish - provided excellent service and communication. A preliminary estimate based on using an online form and uploading photos was promptly followed by a visit from Berj, the team leader. Berj is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about restoring old wooden floors like the old growth heartwood pine in my living room and the wide plank yellow pine in my guest room.Together we refined the work proposal and my job was scheduled quickly and in the timeframe I requested…It was a pleasure to work with Eco Floor Sanding and I highly recommend them.

Berj and his team are amazing! This is the second project we have done with them. In 2016 they refinished all the hardwood floors in our 2700 sqft house. We were on a tight timeline and they got the job done, our floors look amazing. We invited them back in 2021 to replace the tile floor in our kitchen with new hardwood. Dimitry did an amazing job removing the old tile and installing new oak flooring - the craftsmanship was amazing. Then Berj and his team helped us pick the right color and the finishing looks great! EcoFloor addressed our concerns about containing the debris from construction - between their careful preparation work and dustless sanding (it really is), the slight amount of mess was contained to one room. Work areas between days were left clean and safe, and construction waste was neatly hauled away; at the end of the project everything was spotless. We highly recommend Eco Floor - we're repeat customers. I wish we had more floors for them to do. A real pleasure to work with.

We are thrilled with how well our floors turned out. Eco Floor Sanding had no easy task... we have a Victorian from circa 1900 with very worn heart pine floors and stairs. They carefully repaired radiator holes, patched a few places that were too worn to be restored, and also fixed a few locations with sub-floor issues found during the repair work. They also installed new heart pine in the kitchen and lined up the boards perfectly. The results are seamless and the finish is flawless! I would highly recommend choosing them for your own house…We worked with Berj - impeccable customer service and great attention to detail.

They are one of the better contractors I've worked with and would recommend them for any flooring job.

I can't say enough good things about the owner, Berj. He is not only a true professional, he is also an artist. He takes great pride in bringing out the beauty in every floor. I paid extra for the dust free sanding and it was as advertised. I am not the easiest customer to work for as I am extremely picky about matching colors and Berj was very accommodating about trying a variety of test stains and finishes in different areas to make sure that I ended up with the look that I wanted. His crew was very pleasant and did an outstanding job. I only wish i had more floors for them to work on. As you may have guessed, I'd hire them again in a heart beat.

We hired Berj and his team after hiring another company to refinish our hardwood floors on the entire first floor. The other company was a disaster and after them, our floors needed to be
repaired and completely refinished (including staining) again. Eco Floor came in with a fair price and most importantly, did a fantastic job on our floors. Berj helped me select the stain color and was wonderful to work with - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, their "sandless" system is fantastic!

My husband and I were reluctant to have our hardwood floors refinished because we thought we would have to move out of the apartment and it would be such a massive hassle. However, Berj and his team were really great to work with. They moved our entire apartment literally from one side to the other in order for us to get the floors done. They were very fast and the floors are absolutely amazing. Flawless. We enthusiastically recommend Berj and his team!

We hired Eco Floor Sanding to repair locations in our hardwood floors after we had electrical outlets removed. We couldn't be more pleased. Berj made recommendations for how to get the best results and scheduled the work quickly. He was a pleasure to work with, and despite the need for some sanding, left no dust. He even provided recommendations for how to best maintain hardwood floors so that only periodic buffing would be needed and not refinishing. Looking at our floors, nobody would know that they had multiple holes repaired. As we need work done in other parts of our house, we look forward to using Eco Floor Sanding again.

Berj and his staff are true professionals. They recently installed a beautiful new hardwood floor in one of our upstairs bedrooms. Berj is very good at communicating with his clients, telling them exactly when his staff will arrive and accurately predicts the time the job will take to finish. There is no mess during the installation! The staff was very considerate when walking in our home and cleaning up at the end of each day. I found the price to be reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Eco Floor Sanding you won't be sorry!
